"How do we receive our images?"
Your images are safe and secure with us. All the photos will be delivered via email with a gallery link. You’ll be able to share the gallery with your guests and download the images.
We also feature your wedding story on our blog, so you can easily view it as a narrative of the day.
Here's a guide to help you have a smooth experience while downloading your photos.

(1) LOG-IN
Use your email with the "password" we provided in the previous email.
Once logged in, a similar screen will appear.
Click Download.
If you’re logging in on your phone, tap the three-dot icon in the top right corner and choose "Download.
(2) LOG-IN TO DOWNLOAD
Use the email and "PIN code" we sent, along with the password provided in the previous email.
(3) CHOOSE YOUR FOLDER/SIZE

Choose a Folder to Download
If your gallery has 1000+ photos, we recommend downloading one folder at a time for a smoother process.
High Resolution: For long-term saving and printing.
Web Size: Optimized for social media sharing.
Please download both versions seperately at different times.
"Our clients occasionally make mistakes and select the wrong sizes for their intended purpose."
If you use high-resolution photos for social media, the app you’re using will automatically resize them, which can degrade the quality. On the other hand, if you use web-sized photos for printing, the quality won’t be sufficient.
Choose a Storage Location
Decide where you want to save all the photos. We recommend backing up all the photos in at least two different places after downloading.
